PTSA OFFICERS

Elected officers serve two year terms. The last election was held Spring 2025.

The next election will be held in Spring 2026 for the Treasurer position.

 

  • President calls the officer meetings, sets agendas, leads the monthly PTSA meetings, communicates with school administrators, and is responsible for the overall direction of PTSA initiatives.

 

  • Vice President is primarily responsible for managing the PTSA committees and their events and communicates these school-wide via various communication platforms as well as running the virtual PTSA meetings.

 

  • Secretary takes notes at the PTSA meetings, compiles them into our Meeting Minutes and also helps where needed with events & committee. This role also helps maintain the PTSA website.

  • Treasurer  is responsible for managing the organization's finances. This includes tasks like maintaining accurate financial records, handling deposits or payments, preparing financial reports, and producing the Budget. They also help make sure spending by the organization is in line with compliance guidelines for a non-profit organization.
